Our client is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join its growing team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in providing product and service-related guidance and training when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information within internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Support additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
