Currently, DSJ Global is partnered with a leading Aerospace & Defense manufacturing organization. Our client is a leading manufacturing organization, with a successful track record in solving complex thermal management challenges. They are looking to expand their organization with a new leading manufacturing engineer.
The Manufacturing Engineer will operate in alignment with established policies, procedures, and manuals. This role involves developing tools, implementing design solutions, and integrating machinery, equipment, or computer technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
- Enhance work methods and tooling to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure safety compliance by reporting hazards and following health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing time effectively.
- Develop and update manufacturing processes, including APS and work instructions.
- Design and procure production tooling to support efficient and accurate assembly.
- Troubleshoot production and assembly issues, ensuring smooth operations and quality standards.
- Train personnel and maintain documentation to support process consistency and continuous improvement.
The Launch Vehicle Stress Engineer should have:
- BS in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Aerospace, or Equivalent
- 2+ Years of Experience with Thermal Management Systems
- MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
