National Account Manager- Club Channel
- Own and execute annual sales plans for Costco and BJ's in line with the company's growth strategies.
- Manage customer relationships, including presentations, promotions, forecasting, pricing, and trade spend.
- Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and optimize assortment, distribution, and promotions.
- Negotiate contracts and trade terms to ensure ROI and compliance.
- Lead new item launches and packaging initiatives for the club channel.
- Represent customer needs internally and participate in meetings, trade shows, and field visits.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver on customer programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of club channel sales experience, with direct management of Costco and/or BJ's.
- Background in fresh produce or perishables strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, trade budgets, and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
