Location: Wrocław, Poland
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Travel: Approx. once per month within Germany


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our global procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, maintaining accurate master data, and supporting vendor relationships across multiple categories. You will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within our procurement function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain pricing and master data in SAP for non-production materials.
  • Update info records and scheduling agreements.
  • Upload and manage documents in SAP; collect documentation from suppliers.
  • Handle daily requests from internal stakeholders via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
  • Prepare and upload data for mass changes.
  • Support vendors during onboarding and assist with catalog creation.
  • Maintain and update vendor master data.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics, Finance (or actively pursuing one) is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa.
  • Strong SAP experience (SAP MM and Master Data knowledge preferred).
  • Fluent English (minimum B2); German is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in IT procurement or related categories.
  • Experience managing international procurement projects.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis for IT-related categories.
  • Develop strategic category plans.
  • Negotiate and manage software license agreements.
  • Support procurement for infrastructure, cloud computing, storage, and IT services.
  • Participate in training for software tools and communication skills.
