Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day facilities and infrastructure operations across the site.
Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational standards.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and operational continuity.
Lead the electrical maintenance team, including utility systems, building services, and life safety systems.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.
Conduct facility audits and inspections, driving timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues.
Manage vendor performance, contract renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead root cause investigations for operational disruptions and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team to support business and operational objectives.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing facilities, maintenance, or engineering operations within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of building services, utilities, electrical systems, and fire protection infrastructure.
Experience leading maintenance teams and managing external contractors or service providers.
Familiarity with asset management, preventive maintenance, and CMMS systems.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance platforms.
