RGO - Associate Manager, Facility (Engineering) - SG
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day facilities and infrastructure operations across the site.
- Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational standards.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and operational continuity.
- Lead the electrical maintenance team, including utility systems, building services, and life safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.
- Conduct facility audits and inspections, driving timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues.
- Manage vendor performance, contract renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause investigations for operational disruptions and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team to support business and operational objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing facilities, maintenance, or engineering operations within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of building services, utilities, electrical systems, and fire protection infrastructure.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and managing external contractors or service providers.
- Familiarity with asset management, preventive maintenance, and CMMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance platforms.
