Senior Process Engineer
As a Senior Process Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise through hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. From day one, you'll be exposed to a wide range of challenges, technologies, and manufacturing processes, enabling you to make meaningful contributions to both process improvements and capital project execution.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead and support engineering projects by designing plant processes, developing flow sheet representations, and preparing technical documentation such as reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
* Monitor and enhance daily production performance, using analytical and creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
* Collaborate across departments and locations, working closely with engineering teams, production staff, suppliers, and business units like Sales, Marketing, and Accounting.
* Drive innovation and safety by proposing new or improved techniques, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Provide technical leadership by guiding process operators and mentoring junior engineers on both technical and procedural matters.
Preferred Skillset:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience
* Background in corn wet milling, oil refining, or food manufacturing preferred
