Senior Quality Manager - Metals Sector

The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in overseeing the implementation of Quality Management Systems and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001, ensuring that our processes are up to international standards and capable of passing rigorous audits.
• Lead and conduct problem-solving efforts through 8D methodology to effectively address production issues. This includes gathering a cross-functional team, defining the problem, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that these actions prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor and enhance quality assurance policies and protocols to ensure they meet industry standards and company objectives. This will involve regular reviews and updates of our quality procedures to adapt to new regulations and market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ISO 9001: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, ensuring compliance and certification. You should have a strong understanding of the requirements and the ability to audit our processes against these standards.
• QMS Implementation: Proven experience in setting up and managing robust quality management systems. This includes the ability to design, document, implement, and optimize processes that align with the ISO 9001 framework.
• Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Preferably in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field, which provides a solid foundation for understanding the technical aspects of our operations.
• 8D Problem Solving: Skilled in using the 8D problem-solving method to identify, correct, and eliminate recurring issues. Your expertise will be crucial in leading teams to quickly resolve deficiencies and enhance product reliability.
