Compensation: $120,000-$140,000
+ 100% medical paid
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies across multiple projects.
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, competitive bidding, and vendor selection.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and service.
- Support procurement of engineered equipment, systems, and project-related materials.
- Partner with engineering, project management, finance, and operations teams.
- Improve procurement processes, supplier management practices, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage procurement data, vendor information, and purchasing activity within ERP systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements and commercial contracts.
- Strong background in supplier relationship management and sourcing strategy.
- Experience supporting project-based environments, engineered products, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
