Location: Fort Collins, CO | Fully onsite
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am (training hours may vary)
Compensation: $88,000 - $100,000 base, depending on experience + 10% shift differential + bonus eligible
A specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer producing sterile injectable therapies is hiring a 3rd Shift Aseptic Production Supervisor. This role leads the overnight injectable manufacturing team, owning shift execution, staffing, and compliance in a cGMP aseptic environment where product quality directly impacts patients.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and develop hourly aseptic manufacturing staff, including interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations
- Set daily production priorities with Process Leads and coordinate shift staffing, scheduling, and planning
- Monitor training progress and certify direct reports' readiness to work independently
- Author, revise, and implement SOPs and Production Batch Records
- Perform batch record review - prioritizing, reviewing corrections, and driving timely closure
- Pre-approve expiration dates on batch records prior to manufacturing
- Execute investigations and CAPA implementation for non-conforming events
- Complete ERP/inventory control transactions on a timely basis
- Identify and drive process improvements across aseptic manufacturing operations
- Ensure the team adheres to all quality standards and specifications
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Mastered working knowledge of cGMP as applied to production and packaging activities
- High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Specific cGMP training desired
- Technical ability to assemble and disassemble filling equipment
- Proven documentation discipline - batch records, log books, validation protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to decide quickly under time and schedule constraints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and work a fast-paced manual assembly line
- Track record of excellence in attendance, dependability, and safety
