Supply Chain Planning Manager
Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Open to relocating candidates if not local to Oakland,CA area
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 + 15% bonus
Description
- Manage supply planning, inventory planning, and production scheduling.
- Balance customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.
- Partner with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time production.
- Support forecasting and S&OP processes.
- Monitor inventory performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help manage new product launches and product transitions.
- Develop reporting and planning tools to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
- Background in food & beverage, consumer products, or manufacturing.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers or co-packers preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders.
