The Aftermarket Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and direct customer engagement to drive order winning in the assigned region or sub‑region.
- Managing and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Identifying new sales opportunities to support long‑term revenue growth.
- Ensuring margin targets are met across all sales orders.
- Collaborating with global engineering teams to develop technical submissions, proposals, and order‑winning solutions.
- Supporting commercial negotiations alongside internal order‑winning teams.
- Building high‑level relationships with both new and existing customers, including engineering and technical departments.
- Driving improvements in front‑end engineering and bidding processes to optimize cost and maximize profitability.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue, and delivering plans to ensure growth across all product lines.
- Promoting engagement with the company's services portfolio across all relevant market segments.
- Liaising with the broader organization on product scope, customer requirements, and market needs.
The Aftermarket Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the oil & gas, energy, or related industrial environment.
- Strong background in sales with a detailed understanding of air filtration systems for gas turbines.
- Bachelor's degree
