Night Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
This person will be a hands-on warehouse leader to manage daily operations and drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and efficiency. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, ensuring accurate and timely product handling, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. You'll play a key role in coaching team members, improving processes, and supporting overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Supervise and coach warehouse associates to meet performance goals
- Oversee receiving, storage, selection, and loading of products
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and inventory control
- Support hiring, training, and team engagement
- Maintain warehouse equipment and cleanliness
- Use data to improve operations and reduce costs
- Schedule shifts and manage labor planning
Qualifications
- 4+ years of warehouse/distribution experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and inventory systems
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- HACCP or PCQI certification is a plus
