Quality Projects Manager (Japanese Speaking)
We have a current opportunity for a Quality Projects Manager (Japanese Speaking) on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Singapore. For further information about this position please apply.
Role Overview: Report to the Regional Quality Manager in the International Third-Party Manufacturing Division. Support ongoing and new Third-Party Manufacturer relationships to enhance the company's network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Third-Party Manufacturers and suppliers.
- Train TPM team on company standards.
- Provide QA and technical support to TPMs and stakeholders.
- Resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement.
- Manage change control assessments.
- Write and revise SOPs and related documents.
- Report key metrics and recommend improvements.
- Negotiate Quality Agreements with TPMs.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams for quality deliverables.
- Liaise between Division functions and Japan MAH to meet quality requirements.
- Support implementation of Japan Pharma GMP requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- May have direct reports.
- Establish close working relationships with stakeholders locally and internationally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Science, or Food-related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years in Japan Drug business.
- Understanding of PIC/S GMP; experience in Quality Operations preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Strong problem-solving and technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative, enthusiastic, and innovative mindset.
- Responsible for routine activities related to TPM accounts in the region.
