Search Marketing Specialist
A consumer products client of mine his hiring for a Search Marketing specialist to join their team in PA! The company is based out of the Allentown, PA area. This role has the preference of someone working hybrid from the site, but does have the flexibility to be remote.
- Plan and implement SEO-focused content strategies across Crayola.com and priority retail platforms, tailoring copy to platform-specific requirements such as A+ and long-form content.
- Continuously optimize existing product copy through keyword enhancements, best-practice updates, seasonal revisions, and testing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure consistent keyword usage and optimization throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage the publishing and maintenance of product detail content, including PIM uploads, retailer submissions, audits, and issue resolution across accounts.
- Coordinate with internal content teams and syndication platforms to deploy SEO-optimized, keyword-driven product information at scale.
- Analyze and share insights on search behavior and trends across platforms, identifying seasonal opportunities and emerging keyword spaces.
- Own and execute Google Ads paid search text campaigns for Crayola.com, including setup, ad copy development, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Support retailer media and ecommerce innovation efforts by testing new content formats and marketing tools across platforms.
- Leverage data and experimentation to refine paid and organic strategies, improving reach, engagement, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline, with at least three years of hands-on search marketing experience.
- Proven digital copywriting expertise with a strong understanding of SEO, including experience creating and optimizing Amazon PDPs and A+ content.
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into insights, and experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
