Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer strategies aligned with sales objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and concerns
- Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with revenue, profit, and deliverable metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer program requirements
- Track and manage change control activities and pricing impacts
- Lead quoting processes for engineering changes and new business opportunities
- Support program management with project updates and customer alignment
- Ensure adherence to customer and internal processes and procedures
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, engineering, or operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of powertrain products (half shafts, driveshafts, transmissions) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel globally
