Amazon E-commerce Account Manager

Overview:

A leading brand in the luxury home improvement space is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of its Amazon Seller Central presence. This role focuses on driving performance across listings, advertising, deals, and account health-specifically for durable goods such as luxury bathtubs, showers, steam systems, toilets, and related categories.

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing product categories on Amazon, understands how to acquire and maintain badges (e.g., Amazon's Choice, Best Seller), and is skilled in reinstating, ranking, and optimizing listings for conversion.


Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Marketplace Management

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Manage product listings to ensure compliance, SEO optimization, and high-quality A+ content
  • Monitor and maintain listing health, including suppression fixes and reinstatement's

Badge Strategy & Category Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to earn and retain badges like Amazon's Choice and Best Seller
  • Analyze competitive positioning and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Leverage category trends to inform content, pricing, and keyword strategies

PPC Campaign Management

  • Build and optimize PPC campaigns across branded and non-branded keywords
  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and segmentation
  • Track and improve key metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC

A+ Content & Creative Oversight

  • Lead creation of A+ content, Enhanced Brand Content, and image stacks
  • Collaborate with internal or external creative teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Ensure product pages are conversion-optimized and reflect premium positioning

Deals & Promotions

  • Plan and submit Lightning Deals, Prime Day offers, Coupons, and other promotions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory readiness and demand forecasting

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports on account performance, badge status, ad effectiveness, and listing health
  • Use tools like Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, and Excel/Sheets to generate insights
  • Track keyword rankings, conversion rates, Buy Box metrics, and customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably in durable goods or home improvement
  • Proven success in badge acquisition, A+ content development, and PPC optimization
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, compliance, and category best practices
  • Proficiency with Amazon tools (Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and creative teams
  • Bonus: Experience with DSP, Amazon Attribution, or launching products in competitive categories
