Bilingual Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for operations at the manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for managing daily production activities, motivating team members, and driving continuous improvement across the department. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor plays a key role in aligning shift performance with operational goals and supporting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all shift operations.
- Assign schedules, oversee daily workflow, and manage shift resources to meet customer demands.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Train and support employees to develop skills and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and report shift performance metrics; identify and resolve operational issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics/distribution environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort presenting information to individuals and groups.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Demonstrated passion, integrity, and drive for delivering exceptional results.
