Builder Sales Specialist- Luxury Appliance
Our client, a leading luxury appliance manufacturer, is seeking a Builder Sales Specialist to grow its presence across the Eastern U.S. This role is ideal for a relationship driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with builders, architects, designers, and dealer partners to influence specification decisions on high end residential projects.
What You'll Do
- Represent a multi‑line luxury appliance portfolio within the builder and construction community
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive territory growth and achieve revenue targets
- Generate new business through networking, lead generation, and industry engagement
- Build long term relationships with builders, architects, designers, and dealer partners
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager and dealer outside sales teams
- Participate in industry organizations and events including HBA, NARI, and NKBA
- Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and specification dynamics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or outside B2B sales
- Background in appliances, building products, construction, or a related industry preferred
- Strong relationship building and consultative selling skills
- Confident communicator with polished presentation ability
- Self motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency with MS Office and Teams (Power BI is a plus)
