We're in search of a seasoned professional to lead transformation initiatives within our client's global order lifecycle operations. This role is centered around redesigning operational pathways, introducing intelligent automation, and ensuring alignment across diverse functional areas. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to driving change, streamlining complexity, and embedding a culture of operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Spearhead the deployment of smart automation strategies, evaluating the potential of AI-driven tools and third-party platforms to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate on strategic planning and innovation efforts, providing expert input on integrating emerging concepts into scalable operational models.
Reimagine and elevate processes tied to fulfillment, inventory movement, product returns, and order orchestration.
Oversee an internationally distributed team of process leaders, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to defined performance benchmarks.
Develop and maintain a detailed repository of operational processes to ensure visibility, consistency, and enable performance gap assessments.
Leverage data analytics to pinpoint friction points and recommend evidence-based enhancements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in supply chain and continuous improvement.
- Strong data analysis experience and understanding.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding and experience in process optimization and automation.
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
