As a Regional Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth in key verticals such as Automotive, Pharma & Healthcare etc, helping this client expand its footprint and deliver world-class solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities across your region.
  • Shape strategy by developing and executing targeted business development plans.
  • Build influence by forging strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored, high-impact logistics solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with market intelligence and competitive insights.
  • Deliver results by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets and KPIs.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in 3PL or 4PL, contract logistics, or supply chain.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and growing client portfolios.
  • Fluency in French and English, you'll be working across diverse teams and markets.
  • Sector expertise in Automotive, Pharma, or Healthcare is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial instincts, negotiation skills, and a consultative sales approach.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
