The Role:

This is not your typical customer service position. You'll be at the heart of operations-managing customer orders, liaising with healthcare professionals, and supporting procurement and logistics. It's a hands-on role with real visibility across the supply chain, offering a clear path to evolve into a more sales and relationship-driven position over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and communications, including inbound calls from medical professionals
  • Place orders with suppliers and support procurement activities (approx. 1 day/week)
  • Act as a backup for logistics when needed
  • Collaborate closely with finance, customer service, and supply chain teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in German (Swiss German understanding preferred), English, and basic French
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare or technical environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism
  • Agile, proactive mindset - you'll be wearing multiple hats and contributing across functions
