Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily engineering, maintenance, and facility operations, ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.
- Manage and develop the engineering team, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and safety compliance.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, property inspections, and emergency response efforts to minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects while controlling costs and supporting long-term asset preservation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high facility standards through effective documentation, inspections, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of engineering, maintenance, or facilities management leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
