Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to support quality improvements in electromechanical products. This role involves identifying quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to enhance product reliability and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in electrical and electromechanical manufacturing.
Lead root cause analyses and corrective action plans (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product and process quality.
Support standardization of work processes and documentation.
Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives.
Conduct product audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Train production staff on quality practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment (preferably electromechanical or appliance-related).
Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA), and root cause methodologies.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience with sheet metal fabrication, final assembly, and testing processes.
Understanding of gas/electrical heating systems and basic electrical principles.
Proficiency in FMEA, Control Plans, and statistical quality tools.
