What Awaits You

In this globally oriented key position, you will take ownership of the strategic development of major customers in the Life Science & Healthcare sector. Acting as a central connector across the organisation, you will align global sales efforts, foster long-term partnerships, and support sustainable business growth.

Your Responsibilities

Relationship Leadership

  • Develop, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with global strategic key accounts.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for all sales-related activities across the organisation.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Build and implement global strategic account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.

Business Expansion

  • Identify new opportunities within existing global accounts and drive cross‑selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams and global functional units to execute growth strategies.

Insights, Reporting & Performance

  • Gather and analyse customer-related data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure transparent and regular communication with key stakeholders.
  • Lead KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management for assigned accounts.

Global Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with international business units to address complex customer needs.
  • Support continuous improvement of service offerings through strong cross-border coordination.

Contracting & Negotiation

  • Lead global commercial negotiations and manage contract frameworks.
  • Oversee documentation of all customer-specific agreements.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Drive and achieve annual sales targets while ensuring long-term account profitability.

Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Actively support change initiatives on both customer and internal sides.
  • Manage global stakeholders and ensure alignment across multiple organisational levels.
What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • A university degree and extensive experience in international/global Sales or Key Account Management, ideally in logistics.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong background in regulated sectors such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., GDP, GxP).

Supply Chain Expertise

  • Solid understanding of global logistics processes across the end-to-end supply chain.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Experience in complex, multinational structures with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Ability to translate insights into strategic account actions.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities at senior and C-level.

Communication & Negotiation Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in international settings.

Digital Fluency

  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital sales/reporting tools.

Global Mindset

  • High intercultural awareness, customer focus, and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
