Your Role
As Global Account Manager, you'll be the strategic connector between our transportation operations and internal commercial teams. You'll lead initiatives that ensure flawless delivery, elevate service standards, and drive operational excellence across global markets.
What You'll Own
Strategic Partnership & Execution
- Be the go-to expert for internal stakeholders, aligning transportation strategies with business goals
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), negotiate SLAs, and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Champion strategic projects that enhance efficiency and fuel growth
Operational Leadership
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and ensure seamless warehouse coordination
- Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that keep performance high
- Customize operations to meet unique channel needs and elevate service delivery
Data & Insights
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting on performance metrics
- Use data to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform strategic decisions
Team Development
- Mentor and empower your team to exceed expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Master's degree in business, supply chain, logistics-or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in logistics, with a strong grasp of international operations
- Expertise in transportation modes (parcel, trucking, sea, air)
- Sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel ~60%
