About the Company

Our client is an exciting, fast-growing fashion accessories brand with established operations across the US and Europe. Known for combining trend-forward design with strong brand storytelling, the company is now entering a critical growth phase with expansion into Asia.

To support this next chapter, they are seeking a Global Supply Chain Lead - Hybrid (Fashion Accesories) to build and oversee an agile, scalable supply chain function from their Hong Kong hub.

The Role

This is a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end supply chain operations across a global footprint. You will act as the key bridge between design, production, logistics, and distribution teams across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience in scaling supply chain operations within fast-paced fashion or consumer goods environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Supply Chain Strategy

    • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth plans
    • Build scalable systems and processes to support multi-region expansion
  • Sourcing & Vendor Management

    • Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers and manufacturers (primarily in Asia)
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times while ensuring quality standards
  • Production & Planning

    • Oversee production planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting
    • Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to manage product lifecycle
  • Logistics & Distribution

    • Manage international logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing partners
    • Optimize shipping routes, costs, and delivery timelines across US, Europe, and Asia
  • Operational Excellence

    • Implement systems, KPIs, and reporting to improve efficiency and transparency
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  • Risk & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 8-10 years' experience in supply chain management, ideally in fashion, accessories, or consumer goods
  • Strong experience managing Retails, manufacturing and sourcing
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling supply chain functions
  • Solid understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and inventory planning
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is required
  • Only HK citizens will be considered
