Our client is an exciting, fast-growing fashion accessories brand with established operations across the US and Europe. Known for combining trend-forward design with strong brand storytelling, the company is now entering a critical growth phase with expansion into Asia.
To support this next chapter, they are seeking a Global Supply Chain Lead - Hybrid (Fashion Accesories) to build and oversee an agile, scalable supply chain function from their Hong Kong hub.
The Role
This is a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end supply chain operations across a global footprint. You will act as the key bridge between design, production, logistics, and distribution teams across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience in scaling supply chain operations within fast-paced fashion or consumer goods environments.
Key Responsibilities
Global Supply Chain Strategy
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth plans
- Build scalable systems and processes to support multi-region expansion
Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers and manufacturers (primarily in Asia)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times while ensuring quality standards
Production & Planning
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting
- Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to manage product lifecycle
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage international logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing partners
- Optimize shipping routes, costs, and delivery timelines across US, Europe, and Asia
Operational Excellence
- Implement systems, KPIs, and reporting to improve efficiency and transparency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 8-10 years' experience in supply chain management, ideally in fashion, accessories, or consumer goods
- Strong experience managing Retails, manufacturing and sourcing
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling supply chain functions
- Solid understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and inventory planning
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is required
