The role involves leading regional demand planning activities, ensuring alignment across business functions, and facilitating a unified forecast through the S&OP process. It requires maintaining high-quality demand planning processes using analytics at various levels to support decision-making and track forecast accuracy. The position also focuses on aligning and quantifying key business assumptions, managing product life cycles, and ensuring data integrity in forecasting systems. Collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, supply chain, and planning teams is essential to support business reviews and optimize inventory strategies. Candidates should have 10-15 years of experience in supply chain or related fields, strong forecasting and leadership skills, and proficiency in advanced planning tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional demand planning for Consumer and Commercial segments
  • Drive alignment across country, cluster, and regional levels.
  • Facilitate a unified forecast and communicate assumptions across the supply chain.
  • Use analytics at multiple levels (product line, rim size, market segment).
  • Manage new product introductions via S&OP and RvsCC processes.
  • Ensure forecast system data integrity and assumption tracking.
  • Work with Business Analysts, Marketing, and Cluster Supply Planning to prepare MOR & S&OP decks.
  • Optimize safety stock settings and reduce cost impact from forecast bias.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 10-15 years in Supply Chain, Sales, or Marketing, with demand planning leadership.
  • Strong background in forecasting, planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience in matrix organizations and large-scale operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing.
  • Skilled in project management, communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and planning systems
