The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing international logistics and freight forwarding business with a significant presence across Asia and an expanding portfolio of global retail and consumer clients.
The Role
Reporting directly to the APAC COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with multinational clients and identifying growth opportunities across key Asia-Europe trade lanes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with major multinational clients.
- Secure participation in RFQs and contract tender processes.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Asia, Europe and North America.
- Maintain strong knowledge of freight forwarding markets and customer requirements.
- Support long-term revenue growth across strategic accounts.
- Travel internationally as required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
- Proven customer-facing commercial experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience engaging multinational organizations.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to succeed.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- International mindset and willingness to travel.
