Key Account Manager
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the commercial commodities, food, and feed sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- 3-4 years in the commercial commodities, food, and feed markets.
- Client Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and grow key client relationships.
- Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics processes and systems is advantageous.
- Education: Master's degree, ideally in fields such as economics, logistics, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
