Maintenance Manager
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a well-established packaging company in Georgia looking to add a dynamic Maintenance Manager professional to their team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team towards peak workforce effectiveness, bringing strong technical expertise, and continuously improving plant performance. We are looking for a leader that is confident in enforcing standards and can hold teams accountable to reliability-focused behaviors.
Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Maintenance Department functions, including Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians.
- Maintain strong health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the department.
- Stay current on maintenance and reliability best practices through industry resources, seminars, and professional events.
- Prepare, manage, and control department budgets to meet performance and cost objectives.
- Direct root cause failure analyses (RCFA) for recurring or critical issues and ensures corrective actions are integrated into CMMS processes.
Maintenance Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance
- 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience
- Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (APFE) preferred.
- Proven ability to develop innovative, practical solutions using sound, logic, and problem‑solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce clear reports, presentations, and documentation.
Salary: $110,000-$180,000 depending on experience
