Location: Wheeling, IL
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Schedule: Fireman Schedule (36 hours one week / 48 hours the next)
Compensation: $73,000 - $100,000+ annually with overtime opportunities
Benefits: Available Day 1

What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Complete welding, fabrication, and machining projects
- Repair pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and material handling equipment
- Support equipment rebuilds and reliability improvement initiatives
- Utilize SAP/CMMS systems to document maintenance activities
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures
- Work closely with operations to minimize downtime and improve performance
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a maintenance apprenticeship program OR 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding and machining experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- SAP or CMMS experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
