Maintenance Supervisor
WEEKEND SHIFT
Responsibilities:
- Execute preventative maintenance programs with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Oversee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
- Coordinate work with outside contractors and direct building maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Supervise and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and work assignments.
- Review reports, resolve operational issues, and minimize downtime.
- Promote continuous improvement and safety culture.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising maintenance/skilled trades teams.
Preferred:
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen concepts.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Technically oriented, energetic, and self-motivated with PC proficiency.
