Maintenance Supervisor

WEEKEND SHIFT

Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventative maintenance programs with engineering and maintenance teams.
  • Oversee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate work with outside contractors and direct building maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Supervise and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and work assignments.
  • Review reports, resolve operational issues, and minimize downtime.
  • Promote continuous improvement and safety culture.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising maintenance/skilled trades teams.

Preferred:

  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Experience with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen concepts.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Technically oriented, energetic, and self-motivated with PC proficiency.
