Key responsibilities include providing ownership and continuous improvement of metallurgical processes, conducting data extraction and analysis, performing failure investigations and root cause problem solving, and utilizing simulation tools to support manufacturing improvements. The engineer will test products, analyze laboratory and production data, and implement process modifications to ensure compliance with quality and performance requirements. This individual will also build, test, and refine metallurgical processes in both foundry and laboratory environments while partnering closely with production, quality, and operations teams to improve product performance, reduce defects, and drive overall process efficien
