Position Overview:
We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative who enjoys travel and thrives on face-to-face customer engagement. This role is ideal for individuals new to the workforce who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment. Additional perks include earning flight miles and hotel points for personal use.
This position is based on-site in Omaha, NE, with collaboration across various departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular travel (approx. 25%) to client sites, trade shows, and conferences
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Assist with production and purchasing forecasts
- Research accounts and generate sales leads to grow your territory
- Learn and understand product details and manufacturing processes
- Provide quotes, confirm orders, and advise on stock status and special orders
- Maintain accurate customer data and manage updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Open to recent graduates and entry-level candidates
- Valid driver's license
- Industry knowledge (pharmaceuticals, nutrition, pet health) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
