Overview: DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Fortune 500 plastics manufacturing organization who are looking to add a Process Engineer III to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the process improvements, conducting studies and making recommendation about continuous process control improvements which enhance productivity and improve quality within the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing plant leadership for manufacturing control strategies
  • Developing capital authorization requests and managing capital projects
  • Utilizing Six Sigma and TQM tools to enhance productivity and reduce scrap
  • Developing improvement action plans based on the audits and managing the implementation of those plans
  • Provide support to the production and maintenance departments within the plant
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Leading root cause analysis efforts and implementing corrective actions for process deviations

You're encouraged to apply if you have:

  • You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Good communication and technical sills
  • Plastics experience
  • Good business and technical skills.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $100,560 to $113,130, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary..

This is a progression experience and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.

If applicable, an annual incentive is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual incentive is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
