Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps and growth strategies.
- Manage products through launch, growth, and end-of-life stages.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to guide product decisions.
- Partner with engineering on new product development initiatives.
- Support go-to-market planning, pricing, and sales enablement efforts.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in industrial, automation, power, thermal, or related markets.
- Experience owning product roadmaps, launches, and growth initiatives.
- Strong customer-facing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Technical understanding of industrial technologies preferred.
