Compensation: $163,100 - $260,900 base + discretionary bonus

A global leader in test and automation technology is seeking a Senior Inbound Product Manager to shape the future of their System Level Tester (SLT) product strategy within their Integrated System Test Business Unit. This is a high-visibility, strategic role at the intersection of innovation and market strategy - directly influencing how next-generation semiconductor test platforms are positioned across Datacenter/AI, Mobility, and Automotive Digital segments.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for a flagship System Level Test platform
- Develop compelling, market-specific value propositions in partnership with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing
- Own product definition, pricing, forecasting, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management
- Craft messaging that resonates with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize market share, enhance margins, and minimize E&O inventory
- Represent the company at industry conferences, building strategic VOC relationships and brand presence
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers and industry experts to drive competitive advantage
What You Bring
- 20+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in product development, product management, or related leadership (ATE experience strongly preferred)
- 10+ years in engineering or applications with the ability to apply technical depth in business settings
- BS in Engineering required; MBA or MS in Engineering preferred
- Solid understanding of modern digital semiconductor development - design, DFT, fabrication, packaging, and device test
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process/flow
- ATE and/or SLT product knowledge is a plus
- Strong influence, leadership, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
