- Industry-Specific Experience: Extensive experience, with a minimum of seven years, in the pulp and paper manufacturing industry. Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and best practices is essential to succeed in this role.
- Lean Manufacturing Proficiency: Proven experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and deliver quantifiable results.
- Leadership and Team Management: At least three years of experience managing teams, with a history of successfully leading and motivating individuals to achieve organizational goals. This includes managing 4-7 direct reports and overseeing 30 total dotted-line employees. Strong leadership skills are critical for fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with equivalent experience and demonstrated expertise will also be considered.
