About the Role
Our client, a well-established freight forwarding company with a strong project logistics division, is looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen their Bremen branch. The team is growing, and they need someone who combines hands-on operational experience with the right cultural fit.
This position offers the chance to manage complex logistics projects independently while working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries, tenders, and create tailored logistics concepts in the field of project logistics / sea freight.
- Handle shipments end-to-end from offer preparation to invoicing.
- Take ownership of freight procurement from service providers.
- Act as a competent contact person for customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships within the project logistics environment.
What You Bring
- Completed apprenticeship as Freight Forwarding & Logistics Services Specialist, or similar logistics qualification.
- Experience in project logistics / sea freight (ideally 1-4 years)
- Professional background from a freight forwarding (Spedition) company is required.
- Confident using MS Office, with strong communication in German (must-have) and English.
- Team-oriented, reliable, service-minded, and a strong communicator.
- A flexible, proactive working style with high self-motivation.
