About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead (SDA) to driving end‑to‑end quality strategy, engineering excellence, and testing governance across our product lines serving the US market. This is for ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern quality engineering practices, has led teams in complex digital ecosystems, and thrives in fast‑paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing Quality Engineering team supporting SDA initiatives for US markets.
- Develop and implement quality strategies, automation frameworks, and testing standards aligned to enterprise engineering principles.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Drive automation-first approaches across functional, regression, performance, security, and integration testing.
- Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements specific to the US market are fully met within testing processes.
- Oversee test planning, defect management, quality metrics, and reporting, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of engineering excellence, observability, reliability, and DevOps maturity.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering growth in technical depth and leadership capability.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance test coverage, speed, and efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within SDA categories from any sourcing offices, trading firms or manufacturers.
- Proven experience delivering quality engineering for US-focused markets.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency of Mandarin Chinese and English is a must.
- Only HKID holder is considered.
