Quality Manager - Electronics - OEM (Asia)
Our client is a leading electronics and mechanical manufacturing company seeking an experienced Quality Manager (Senior Level) to lead quality operations across manufacturing, supplier quality, and customer quality functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and Customer Quality teams.
- Drive quality excellence across SMT, assembly, testing, and packaging operations.
- Support R&D team, reliability testing, and production quality readine, manage rooot cause investigations.
- Lead supplier quality programs, customer audits, and quality system compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in China or SEA regions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of quality management experience in electronics manufacturing or ODM environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams within China and/or Southeast Asia manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 systems.
- Strong customer-facing experience, including audits, quality escalations, and supplier development.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to be based within manufacturing sites in Dongguan or SEA.
