Regional Sales Manager

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager, where you'll lead revenue expansion and customer engagement. You'll represent innovative solutions in stretch film, pressure-sensitive tapes, adhesives, or corrugated packaging-tailored to meet industry-specific needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities within your region.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings aligned with customer applications and industry trends.
  • Partner with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer call documentation.
  • Communicate new products, services, and promotions to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals aligned with company goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of stretch film.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and convey product knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across a multi-state territory (80%).
