A leading manufacturer of industrial packaging solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (packaging preferred).
- Familiarity with structured selling processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (approximately 4 days per week) and one office day.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
