About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the Swedish market. This role focuses on driving sales for air and ocean freight services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our global logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow air and ocean freight volumes in Sweden.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with importers, exporters, and key accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in a dynamic logistics environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in sales within freight forwarding or logistics, with a focus on air and ocean freight.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
