About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our bathroom accessories category targeting consumer retailers. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving growth in the home improvement and lifestyle sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share across key consumer retail channels (e.g., department stores, home improvement chains, e-commerce platforms).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional planning to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of sales representatives (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, preferably in bathroom accessories, home improvement, or lifestyle products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend trade shows.
