Sales Manager - Corrugated Packaging

A leading organization in the corrugated packaging sector is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the Los Angeles market. This role focuses on coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, expanding accounts, building new business opportunities, and partnering with leadership to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to achieve and exceed volume, revenue, and profit goals.
  • Build and execute sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Develop processes, tools, training, and KPIs that support strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and manage a strong prospect pipeline to support growth.
  • Identify, secure, and expand strategic customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and pricing teams to develop data‑driven pricing proposals.
  • Participate in negotiations for major customer contracts.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide coaching for continued development.
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new sales team members to accelerate productivity.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing pipeline reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in corrugated packaging required
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and order‑entry tools.
