About Us

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding our general cargo portfolio across Germany. You'll work closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for general cargo services.
  • Identify and pursue new clients across manufacturing, retail, automotive, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, with a focus on general cargo.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
