Our client is the world's top logistics powerhouse - a market-leading provider of air, ocean, and contract logistics solutions. With a global network and unmatched industry reputation, they are now seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across South Germany.

Your Mission:
As a key player in the regional team, you will identify and develop strategic partnerships with both the biggest national and international clients. You'll lead high-impact initiatives, focusing on unlocking long-term value, expanding service offerings, and securing major contracts across multiple logistics verticals.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business acquisition with enterprise-level clients, both locally and globally
  • Lead negotiations and tailor solutions across air freight, ocean freight, and contract logistics
  • Build and expand a solid pipeline targeting key industry verticals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and global key account teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and global forums

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in senior B2B sales within logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors
  • Deep knowledge of international markets and enterprise customer needs
  • Strong network and influencing skills at C-level
  • Strategic thinker with execution power - you know how to close complex deals
  • Fluent in English and German (required)
