We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the road freight industry to drive commercial growth across key European markets. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing partnerships, and positioning advanced road freight solutions in a competitive environment.
Our Network
With over 450 trucks operating daily in our core market, we run a high‑density road freight network designed for speed, reliability, and compliance. This route density enables true express transport: at defined route intersections, trailers are exchanged while respecting drivers' working and rest time regulations. Shipments are handed over like a relay, allowing freight to reach its destination faster while remaining fully compliant with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on road freight
- Identify and win new customers while growing long‑term client relationships
- Work closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions
- Manage commercial negotiations and contractual discussions
- Track market trends and customer requirements to uncover new opportunities
Requirements
- Proven senior‑level experience in business development or sales within road freight or logistics
- Strong understanding of FTL and express transport solutions
- Demonstrated success in winning and developing customer accounts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

- Market experience in Scandinavia, the UK, or the Benelux region
- Existing customer network within European road freight
