About the Company

Our client is e a Hong Kong-headquartered OEM for medical devices and smart technology products to international customers. With production and supplier operations across Mainland China and Southeast Asia, we partner closely with our clients to deliver reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective manufacturing solutions.

To support our growing customer base, we are looking for a Senior Purchasing Officer, with strong account management, purchase order control, and client service capability.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

  • Act as the primary purchasing interface for assigned customer accounts
  • Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients regarding PO status, delivery schedules, material availability, and cost issues
  • Support customer requirements throughout the order‑to‑delivery lifecycle, ensuring service excellence and responsiveness
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet client commitments
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and business reviews when required

Purchase Order & Supply Coordination

  • Manage and process customer POs, forecasts, and demand changes with high accuracy
  • Convert customer demand into supplier purchase orders, ensuring correct pricing, lead times, and specifications
  • Monitor order fulfillment, shipment schedules, and potential supply risks
  • Proactively resolve issues related to shortages, delays, MOQ, design changes, or cost variances
  • Maintain accurate records of PO status, delivery performance, and inventory positions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain coordination, or account‑focused procurement roles
  • Solid experience working in OEM, EMS from manufacturing
  • Strong PO management, order tracking, and customer communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment
  • Familiarity with medical device quality systems (e.g. documentation, traceability, change control) is an advantage
  • Detail‑oriented, service‑focused, and commercially minded
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Base in Dong Guan, China
